Voyages Diving Safari is offered as an option in combination with our
Sailing Safari and the Cruising Safari.
The Maldives is regarded as having some of the best dive sites anywhere in the world and nearly 65% of all visitors to the Maldives undertake some diving. Serious divers opt for a Diving Safari, which may be combined with a resort stay of your choice.
The “Thila” or circular reefs, enclosing a shallow lagoon, boast some wonderful dive spots. But the most famous dive spots in the Maldives which include 'Maayaa Thila', 'Mushimasmigili Thila', 'Nassimo Thila', 'Kuda Thila', 'Kandooma Thila', 'Fulidhoo Caves', 'Kudarah Thila', and 'Fotteyo', are found scattered amongst the various Atolls making up the tourist zone of the country. And you can only experience these great sites on a Diving Safari.
Designed to help you get the best diving possible in a short period of time - something not possible while based on one or two resort islands, The Voyages Maldives ‘Dhoni’ based Diving Safaris come with a highly qualified dive master and skilled crew to cater to for all your needs.
See below for a suggested itinerary and the dive rates. The itinerary may be adjusted to suit your personal requirements.
